Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

KnowKancer365.com

Last Updated: October 27, 2026

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to the extent required by applicable US state laws — including the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws — that govern how companies handle "consumer health data."

At this stage, KnowKancer365.com collects only email addresses from people joining our waitlist. We do not collect health information, medical records, genetic data, or any other consumer health data through the waitlist.

What We Collect Now

We collect email addresses only. No health data of any kind is collected through the waitlist sign-up process.

The interactive screening plan preview on our website is illustrative only. It runs entirely in your browser, and we do not collect, store, or transmit the inputs you enter (age, sex, risk factors). Nothing you enter there is sent to us.

When We Launch

When KnowKancer365 launches its full service, we will collect health-related information to build personalized screening plans. At that point, this policy will be updated in full, and we will:

  • Clearly describe what consumer health data we collect and why
  • Explain how it is used and who it may be shared with
  • Describe your rights to access, correct, and delete your data
  • Obtain any consents required by applicable law before collecting health data

We will notify waitlist members before any such changes take effect.

Your Rights

Under applicable state laws, you may have rights regarding your consumer health data, including the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct your data
  • Delete your data
  • Withdraw consent

Since we do not currently collect any consumer health data, there is nothing to exercise those rights against at this time.
